I make my own Indigo Plant leaf Powder Ointment(Indigo Ointment).I mix 2gm of Indigo Plant Leaf Powder in 40 gm of white petrolem Jelly (Bioline).I am from India and I find this self made preparation very very effective for me.It is also very cheap. Both Indigo Plant Leaf Powder and Bioline are available in India.I was finding it difficult to get Indigo Ointment from China and so I decided to experiment and make my own Indigo Ointment.Fortunately it worked for me.I hope it works for others too. So if you are from India or if you have somebody in India you should try and get Indigo Plant Leaf Powder and Bioline and make the Indigo Ointment.Who knows it may work for you. Please search for Indigo Ointment messages that I have posted in my earlier posts on how I use Indigo Ointment.
I have had psoriasis for over 30 yrs, now I have tried so many things Medications. Ihave tried Methotrexate which does help a lot. I also tried a biologicinjection Amevive That did not help. However since I have had cancer of the thyroid in 2004 I have not been able to go on any of the Methotrexate or biologics so my choices are limited. I have been experimenting with diet mainly gluten free and this does seem to help. It of course is not a cure but I have had less flair ups if I stay away from the wheat flours. I also find that a herble fiber blend also seemd to help. So I was wondering if anyone else has found this to be true. Please let me know what has worked for you
